These clients originally had two small patio areas that didn’t connect outside each door, so we created a new larger patio area across the back of the house, and new side paths for access. We also paved new shed and storage areas. This was then bordered with a picket fence and two gates, so as to limit access onto the lawn area for their pet. We were asked to improve the drainage within the lawn with the installation of a land drain system. We also laid turf to create a new level lawn area, with neat edgings for ease of maintenance.
