Here we created a large seating area across the full width of the back of the house, which flowed into a pathway to provide access into the garage and car parking spaces as requested. We also constructed new wider steps leading to the side access of the house. We installed railway sleeper retainers around the left and back boundary, to enable the garden to be levelled and an edged lawn for ease of maintenance when cutting the grass. The planting was going to be added at a later date by the client according to their own preferences.
